    APC card will need to be activated once received in the mail.
    Warranty Extension Package can only be purchased and activated in the country where you originally purchased your brand-new ASUS product from.

    Warranty Extension Program (WEP) Return Policy:

    WEP Purchased (bundled) with Unit from ASUS Store:

    Warranty Extension Packages (WEP) purchased (bundled) with an ASUS unit will have the same return policy as the unit subject to restocking fee. If the unit is returned to ASUS Store the Warranty Extension Package shall be return as well. WEP cannot be returned separately.

    WEP purchased as a standalone product:

    A 14 day return policy will be granted to WEP purchased as a standalone product provided that the scratch off security seal has not been tampered with. Once you scratch off the security seal and/or activate a Warranty Extension Program, there shall be NO REFUNDS, CREDIT, EXCHANGES, and/or DOWNGRADES offered for each ASUS serialized product purchased and the corresponding Warranty Extension Program product activated except where legally required by applicable local laws.

    Delivery Details

    Orders are processed Monday through Friday 9AM to 6PM PST and will not be processed during weekends or holidays. Orders received before 2PM PST are processed within two business days. Please note that orders will not be shipped during holidays and weekends.

    We do not use FedEx Ground service for Hawaii and Alaska, only express (Overnight or 2 days). Customers have to pay for express shipping to order to these two states. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    Return Policy

    Return for refund within 30 days*

    Please note that you may be charged a 15% Restocking Fee for non-defective returned items, or if the product is in opened or missing accessory condition.

    Prices Are Subjected to Change Without Prior Notice. 

    Asus provides a refund for eligible returns* that are requested within 30-calendar days of the order date. Returns may subject to a restocking fee at the sole discretion of ASUS Store. All eligible refunds will be for merchandise total and applicable sales tax per original order (minus restocking fee if any). Any returns received 31-calender days or more will be returned and no longer eligible for return.
