  • I Can't connect to Internet through WiFi on ZenFone, How can I fix it ?
  • 1. Check wireless connection.
  • The first step of diagnosis have to any other device connected to the same network, ensure the wireless connection is working fine, or verify the settings of your wireless router to correct it.
  • 2. Check your Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep Settings.
  • Owing to Wi-Fi sleep policy your Wi-Fi connection may be going to get disconnected every now and then.
  • Tweak this policy to keep your Wi-Fi connection awake.
  • Touch "Settings" >> "Wi-Fi" >>Touch" " bottom >> "Advanced" >> Select "Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep" >> Touch "Always" to keep the Wi-Fi on during sleep.
  • Save changes and exit all the screens. Your Wi-Fi will never get disconnected again due to this policy.
  • 6. Try to reboot your device.
  • Press and hold the power key >> Select "Restart"
  • 9. Try to other wireless connections.
  • If steps above were not able to solve internet connection problem still, please try other wireless connections if available, otherwise contact your networking provider to technical support.

  • How to take a screenshot on ZenFone and where do screenshots get stored?
  • There are two ways to capture the screenshot.
  • 1. Press and hold [Power key]& [Volume Down key] 1 second>>Completed.
  • The screenshot image will be saved to the folder /Internal storage/ Screenshots.
  • 2. Tap on "Application" >> Tap "Settings" >> Choose "ASUS customized" from options. >> Choose "Key settings">> Choose "Tap and hold to get screenshot" >> Navigate to the screen you want to capture. >> Press and hold icon in the below image to capture the screenshot.

  • Time rewind mode captures a set of burst shots within seconds, and you can get multiple frames across a time period up to 2 seconds ahead of pressing the shutter button. It helps user to grab the precious moment that usually vanishes in a snap. User may navigate the sequence of burst photos later in a specially designed viewer, and select the best shot.

  • When the main camera detects face(s), it starts countdown and take 3 burst shots. Just hold the phone and point the main camera to yourself. No need to press the shutter button UI, and by face detection, it guarantees your face (and your friend’s) are within the photo composition.
