Can I make changes to my order?
Most orders are transmitted almost immediately to our warehouse, where they're processed and shipped out. So we suggest customer to cancel the order and place the new order to prevent error.
If your order has already been transmitted to our warehouse for shipping, you will not have option to cancel the order and it will ship as is.
Some orders are subject to ASUS verification procedure. It is one of the ways that we prevent online fraud and protect you from anyone using your credit card against your knowledge. Our verification team will contact you and your card-issuing bank to verify that the billing name, billing address and phone number on your order are the same as what your bank has on file for you.
If we need further information or if anything does not match, we will contact you by email or phone. This is why it's important that you leave your best phone number when ordering and that you keep your information current. If your order cannot be verified within 5 business days or 3 attempts, it will automatically be canceled. All orders are subject to verification.

What is the order processing time?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours and will not be processed during weekends and/or holidays. Orders received before 2 p.m. Pacific Time are processed within two business days of payment authorization. Please note that on occasion, such as during holiday rush and large sale events, there may be a slight delay in processing time.
